On 19 July 26 of the 36 Mangaung By-laws were gazetted after public processes to “Review and Rationalize” them led to council voting to approve them
8 months later these bylaws are still not made available on the Mangaung Website. And I have recieved dozens of questions about the latest ByLaws from residents
Therefore I am making the By-Laws, as Gazetted available until Mangaung makes it available or indicates why they are not available on the Mangaung website
