Astra Towing wants to restore President Paul Kruger Circle to its former glory, challenges other businesses to adopt open spaces

Astra Towing has adopted the circle in President Paul Kruger Avenue in Universitas in order to restore it to its former glory.

They have been negotiating with the parks department, and ultimately signed a Adopt a Park agreement with them to take care of the circle for at least 3 years

Residents who would like to donate equipment, appropriate plants etc to the circle project can contact Astra Towing

Borehole water will be used to fill up and maintain the fountain which will eventually be restored
