Onwettige Vullis Storting
Beste inwoner
Die afgelope maande het die probleem van onwettige vullis storting baie vererger in ons woonbuurt.
Die munisipaliteit kan nie altyd oral wees nie, daarom is dit belangrik dat inwoners ook saamstaan en mekaar in hul gebied verantwoordelik hou.
Indien bure of mense wat jul ken vullis op die middelman of nie op hul eie sypaadjie sit nie nie, probeer hul asseblief bewus maak dat elke huis se vullis slegs gesit mag word op die sypaadjie voor die huis.
Enige ander plek maak hul hulself skuldig aan vullisstorting, wat ‘n strafbare oortreding is.
Tuinvullis mag ook nie gestort word op oop grond of sypaadjies nie.
Sulke persone wat identifiseer kan word, sal vervolg word.
Illegal Dumping
Dear resident
The past months the problem of illegal refuse removal has escalated in our neighbourhood.
The municipality cannot always be everywhere, therefore it is important for residents hold their neighbours accountable when they deface our community.
If neighbours or people that you know places their refuse on the median or anywhere other than the sidewalk next to their house, please try to make them aware that every house must place its refuse only im front of their own housem.
People placing it anywhere else are committing an offence.
Garden refuse must be removed by residents, and may not be placed on the sidewalk or any other open space.
People who do any of the above, and are identified, will be charged.
