Eskom has implemented both Loadshedding and Load Curtailment (Curtailment is when big industrial companies are forced to reduce usage)
Rest of the week – Probability is high at the moment
Should anything change, I will inform you as soon as practical.
I will forward the Centlec sms when I get it, for what its worth. Sometimes it seems only suburbs in the sms are affected and sometimes other suburbs in the same group are affected too.

@Eskom_SA: The entire week could be severely constrained if we are unable to replenish the diesel and water reserves, and reduce the high unplanned outages. Eskom teams are working hard to salvage the situation but the process is going to be hard, long and costly.

*Kragonderbrekings*
Daar is verskeie areas in Bloemfontein bome wat die oorhoofse drade platgeval het. Dit veroorsaak kragonderbrekings wat gaan duur totdat die drade vervang is. Daar is ongelukig die probleem dat meeste werkers se maksimum oortyd bereik is. Maar hul het ekstra maatreëls in plek gestel om alle onderbrekings so spoedig moontlik te herstel.

Eskom has replied to me via twitter that they start loadshedding at 08:00.
Should Centlec comply, this will mean that they start with Group 2 from 8:00 to 10:30.
I will confirm when Centlec gives further information.
